Family Fitness of Norton Shores offers a cardiovascular exercise area with cardio machines like treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climbers, recumbent and upright bikes, and cardio entertainment.

STRENGTH TRAINING
Family Fitness of Norton Shores offers strength training and functional style exercise equipment on our large workout and conditioning floor. We also offer both co-ed and ladies only workout areas.
FREE WEIGHTS
We also offer a large selection of plate load machines, free weights, pres-set barbells and dumbbells, squat racks, power racks, leg machines, and weight benches.
