Family Fitness of Norton Shores offers a large selection of cardiovascular machines that include treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climber, recumbent bikes, upgright bikes, and cardio entertainment.

Cardiovascular exercise is excellent for both improving the cardiovascular system including your heart, lungs, arteries, and veins as well as helping you to burn lots of calories.

To realize the benefits of cardiovascular exercise you should perform a minimum of 3 sessions per week for a minimum of 20 minutes per session.


Family Fitness of Norton Shores offers a complete schedule of group exercise classes that are all taught by certified group fitness instructor.

Our group exercise studio area provides a cushioned floor and as well as group exercise equipment like stability balls, resistance bands, hand-held weights, exercise mats, and more.

Classes are held Monday through Saturday and include classes like butts & guts, cardio kickboxing, step, pilates, yoga, and zumba classes.
